HYMAX VERSA
HYMAX VERSA is best known for its versatility and its capacity to couple pipes by either stab-fitting it between two separate pipes or wrapping it around a damaged section. With HYMAX VERSA, crews have an all-in-one product that can couple pipes by either cutting and reconnecting pipe, or wrapping the damaged section in one easy step.

For pipes that are not completely round and don’t easily fit into a standard coupling, HYMAX VERSA offers a practical solution since it can close around these kinds of pipes. HYMAX VERSA’s parts are made from 100% stainless steel and its weld-free construction ensures resistance to corrosion since welded areas of couplings are often where corrosion starts. In addition, the coupling’s bolts go through a Molecular Anti-Galling process that embeds them with zinc to help minimize oxidization. These features make HYMAX VERSA an ideal coupling in corrosive ground conditions or “hot soil.”

HYMAX GRIP end cap and flange adaptor

End Cap
The HYMAX GRIP end cap can be used in various applications including capping plain end pipe in either permanent or temporary installations, as a test cap for hydrostatic tests, or as an air release. HYMAX GRIP end caps are furnished standard with a 2” NPT threaded outlet.

Flange Adaptor
The HYMAX GRIP Flange adaptor is an easy way to convert plain end pipe into a restrained flange connection. It would typically be used (but not always) in above-ground applications such as treatment plants, wet wells and pump stations.
