ACE15 is one of the premier water industry trade shows in the U.S. There are approximately 600 exhibitors on the floor in addition to speakers, workshops, facility tours and more. Here are three tips to maximize your time and get the most out of your days in Anaheim.

Plan your visit like a trip to Disneyland
ACE15 and Disneyland are both in Anaheim, and some advanced planning can go a long way for visiting each. Before you arrive at ACE15, look at the conference & exposition program and see everything there is to check out. There are a variety of professional program tracks with workshops, roundtables, keynote speakers for each. It’s much easier to figure out what you want to do in advance before you arrive at the convention hall. You can also go over the list of exhibitors and make a priority for the ones you are most interested in visiting – including Hymax USA booth #1275 (of course).

Give yourself enough time
You are not going to take in ACE15 in one go. Pace yourself. Give yourself time for meetings and avoid booking meetings back-to-back. You’ll want to have flexibility to meet others, check out the exposition and other events. The time is going to fly by so think about what is manageable with the time you have.

Keep materials gathered at the show
As with any large trade show, you probably know that you’re going to come back with a huge package of brochures and business cards. Don’t let it sit somewhere gathering dust afterwards. Keep everything you pick up, and take the time to review it to see what’s worth keeping. File them away or share with colleagues if you don’t need what you’ve gathered.
