8. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION
Protecting the privacy of children and/or minors is very important to us. Krausz does not knowingly seek or collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel (unless otherwise required by any laws, regulations and/or directives which are applicable to your country of origin). The parties will submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court Tel-Aviv, Israel.
